Pre-release policy template. Operator and legal review is required before public launch.

GLOAMFALL uses Privy for identity. Public profiles contain your chosen username and game statistics. Email, wallet associations, purchase history, token balances and administration records are private.

Moon Tokens are non-transferable game credits with no cash-out, redemption, staking, or investment value. ETH purchases are disabled until the operator configures and validates testnet purchasing.

Profile deletion anonymizes public information and removes shares and friend relationships. Internal financial and audit records retain a pseudonymous identifier for accounting and integrity. Contact and retention periods must be supplied by the operator before launch.
